Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer a refund for membership payments that have already processed should you change your mind.
You can cancel at any time to preven reoccuring membership payments. Your account will remain active until the end of your subscription period.
Refunds of membership payments wil only be offered in very special circumstances.
Due to the fact that digital products cannot be returned, and memberships are entirely composed of digital products, your membership payment is only eligible for a refund in the following situations:

You purchased two memberships with the same subscriber information accidentally
While memberships can not be shared, we’ll gladly refund you for a duplicate membership(s). Just drop us a note here!
We’re unable to process refunds in the following situations, instead you will need to cancel your membership and your account will become inactive at the end of the current subscription period:

You no longer want the membership.

You found another product you like better, or you’ve changed your mind about your membership.

You bought an membershp on accident, and our system shows that the membership has been untilized to login to the site.

You feel that the membership and/or content is of low quality.

You are having trouble utilizing the site because your internet is not fast enough, is not stable, cannot handle an image intensive site, or similar issues related to your internet service.

Your membership purchase was made over 14 days ago.
All refunds are at the sole discretion of Geeks Unlimited LLC.
